Warranty & Returns
All of our products carry a minimum of 12 months warranty from date of purchase. Where our manufacturers offer greater warranty, this will be specified in the product listing, and the greater warranty applies.

We strive to maintain high levels of product quality. If you are unfortunate enough to experience a faulty product, we have a simple 3 step process.

  1. If a product has a fault, please contact us immediately to determine the best course of action. We can often diagnose problems over the phone, and work with you to determine where the problem lies.
  2. If a product is faulty, we will offer you a choice of replacement, repair or refund.
  3. Return the product to us so we can process your replacement, repair or refund.

If a product is returned and found to be in normal working order, we will return the item to you at your request.

The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs, and refunds are given against the item cost only (we do not refund shipping costs).

Please note that we do not offer a refund or exchange where a product has been damaged, abused or used beyond its design limits, nor do we offer a refund or exchange where you may have just changed your mind.

In all instances, we will ensure that any issue is handled promptly and professionally.
