Shipping and Delivery
We expedite our orders as soon as payment is cleared. Shipping is the first priority before the start of every business day, and we often ship during the day. All our stocked items leave our warehouse in less than one business day. Any back-ordered items are shipped either direct from our suppliers or as soon as we receive them into store. We are shoppers too. We know when you purchase online that you want your products as soon as possible.
Our state-of-the-art integrated sales, accounting, warehousing and distribution systems provide rapid order processing, and we work closely with our distribution partners and their timetables to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.
We ship all over the world, and have sent Solid Kit to every continent (except Antarctica). Irrespective of where you are located, we provide the same great service regardless.
We use Australia Post (Regular, Parcel and Express) as much as possible. Not only do Australia Post have the largest network, but we also believe it is important to support our national carrier and the people they employ.
For particular items we may use select reputable carriers, based on the best service match to the product.
Please ensure that your contact details and postal address are accurate. In particular, your suburb/town should match your postcode. Incorrectly specifying your address may delay your order, or result in your order being shipped to the wrong address. It is your responsibility to ensure your address is accurate.
Whilst our items are packed in protective packaging for shipment, many of our items are purchased in bulk, without packaging, in order to pass bulk buy savings on to our customers.
Additionally, we may remove retail packaging to reduce space and reserve the right to do so when shipping our products. If you specifically require retail packaging, please check with us as to whether our packaging will suit your requirements.

Items will be available for collection from your nearest designated collection centre/licensed post office after the time specified on the missed delivery card. Please ensure you take Photo ID to collect your parcel.
Items will be returned to depot to await your instructions. Please follow the re-delivery instructions and request re-delivery (a re-delivery charge may be incurred by you) or collection from your local depot.
International orders are shipped Registered International via Australia Post
International order tracking (where available) can be achieved by logging in to your local postal service portal, and entering the Australian tracking number.
Many sites use our Australian tracking numbers, including USPS.com, Canadapost.ca, etc.
We accept payment via Paypal, credit card by phone, or direct deposit to our bank account. If paying by direct deposit, your order confirmation will display our banking details, and please use the reference number to enable our system to match your payment to your order.
